30andMe uses immutable profiles by design. Once submitted, your responses are locked. Contact support@30and.me if you made an error.

Yes. 30andMe is free to download and use. Meaningful connections should not be paywalled.
What happens when a 7 day chat window expires?
If both users have not exchanged contact info, the chat closes. This encourages real conversations and actual dates.
