Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I change my profile after creation?
30andMe uses immutable profiles by design. Once submitted, your responses are locked. Contact support@30and.me if you made an error.

Is 30andMe free?
Free to download, build your profile, and receive matches. When you both want to talk, a small one-time unlock (or subscription) opens the chat — both sides commit, so every conversation is intentional.
What happens when a 7 day chat window expires?
If both users have not exchanged contact info, the chat closes. This encourages real conversations and actual dates.
